All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer streamlined, weight-based shipping rates to ensure fair pricing based on your order size, in partnership with our fulfillment network:
Standard Tier 1 (0g – 450g): $6.50
Standard Tier 2 (451g – 900g): $9.50
Standard Tier 3 (901g and above): $14.50
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard international and local deliveries typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination location.
3. Free Shipping Promotion
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders over $87 USD.
The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout once your cart subtotal reaches or exceeds $87.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
You can track your package directly using the provided tracking link to monitor its progress right to your doorstep.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Opal operates from Ghana, shipping globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your country.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Opal has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
