Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically delivers within 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
We use weight-based shipping tiers ($6.50 for 0–450g, $9.50 for 451–900g, and $14.50 for 901g+). Plus, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $87!

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package right to your door.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards and supported regional payment gateways through Paystack.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately at care@shopopalbeauty.com. Once an order has been dispatched for fulfillment, we can no longer cancel it.
